Antique Circa 1820 French Palais Royal Sewing Box, Chest, Silver and MOP Tools

Beautiful satinwood sewing box retailed by one of the shops at the Palais Royal, circa 1820 or so.  9.5" x 6.75" x 4.75".  It's had several well executed veneer repairs.  Please see photos.
All the gorgeous repousse silver and steel tools are present inside, including all the mother of pearl thread winders.  Even the tiny snips are still present!  The mirror appears to be a newer replacement.  Even it's original silk pad is still present, although showing it's age and some staining.  The box has a working lock and key.
The box retains a slight musty smell from age.  It could probably benefit from airing with some cedar chips or charcoal or something of the like.  It's not overpowering at all and is more noticeable in the bottom section than just on opening and closing the box.
