This is an Antique & Vintage Sewing Lot.
The lot includes:
Vintage Gregerson's Homes Metal Advertising Tape Measure.
I learned online that Gregerson's Homes has been in business in Edmonds, WA near Seattle since the 1960s, and this tape is thought to be circa 1960s.  The steel tape, made in Korea, is in good working order with little or no wear on the pull tape.  The non-ferrous metal case is in good condition with a couple of minor spots where the paint is rough or otherwise compromised as seen.
Antique Matchbook Style "Real Silk" Hosiery Mending Kit
Based on the clothing style of the lady in the cover illustration, the two digit exchange plus for digit phone number, and the overall appearance, the kit is thought to be circa 1920. The kit is in very good condition and appears to be possibly unused.
Dritz Tailors' Chalk
The box is full with four sticks of unused chalk.  The copyright date on the bottom edge of the back is 1949.  The box is in good condition with some minor rubbing, scrapes, and scuffs on the graphics, and a pair of tears on the bottom edge of the left viewing "window" for the chalk as seen.
Sewing Scissors
A pair of small steel sewing scissors.  The scissors are marked U.S.A. on both sides near the rivet.  The handles are chased with ornate designs on both sides as seen.  The scissors are in excellent condition.  I was able to cut a piece of printer paper easily with the scissors.
Empty "Best Quality Drawing Pins" Matchbox Style Cardboard Box
The empty box is in good condition with overall wear and scuffing, and some slight wrinkling of the paper covering on the lid
Five Brass or Brass Plated Military Buttons
The design on the front of the buttons is the same, but based on the markings on the back, they are made by three different makers
Three are marked "Boston Uniform Company"
One is marked "Superior Quality"
One is unmarked
