Beautiful Antique Victorian Leather Pin/Needle Case, c.1880
DESCRIPTION:
This is the cutest, most effective antique pin cushion I have seen. Made of 2 pieces of brown leather sewn together with layers of velvet in between. Pins are held in the latter, put in from the circumference sides.  Scans show the details. Leather pieces appear hand sewn and it has a nice appearance overall. Would hold either pins or needles. Has a large number of original antique pins that come with it.
Case measures 2 1/4" diameter x about 5/8". thick. Very nice looking and sturdy, and a nice antique item as well as being functional. I DON'T BELIEVE YOU CAN FIND ANYTHING AS NICE ANY MORE!!.
Condition is excellent overall. GREAT FOR USE BY A BEGINNER, A GIFT FOR A BUDDING NOVICE, FOR AN EXPERIENCED SEAMSTRESS, OR FOR A COLLECTOR.
