    This is an Old Hand Crocheted Sombrero Hat Thimble Holder Needle Case Handmade C1920-30. The crown of the sombrero hat holds the thimble. The thimble is metal (not sterling). Two flannel pages with blanket stitch embroidered edging hold the needles. The back houses a scissors case. The needle case closure is a snap. Excellent condition. Measures 3 inches diameter.
