    This is a Victorian Hand Stitched Sewing Pin Case Holder Needle Book Cinnamon Brown Velveteen. This hand-sewn cinnamon brown velveteen needle book is a pin holder around the edge while the black silk interior once held a page for needles and pins (I believe). The back interior has three buttonhole stitched loops for a needlework tool insertion??. A die-cut paper horse decorates the top. One of the brown ribbon ties is missing, while the other may be shortened. It measures 2-3/4 inches by 3-1/4 inches.
